Sharing of booth space is allowed between businesses but not tables, there is not enough room.  No rearrangement of tables and chairs without consent of show coordinator.  Tables must be covered in White Table Cloth, then may decorate as you choose.

VENDOR INSURANCE:  Proof of insurance is required.  Vendor is participating at his or her own risk.  North East Equestrian Exposition, it’s facilities @ Treasure Equestrian Community Center, Manchester, Me, its owners, heirs, staff and/or assigns shall not be held liable for loss or damage to property of any kind located in or around or in route or exit from said facilities or injury or death to person or persons participating in the North East Equestrian Exposition.  By placing our signature below, we acknowledge the foregoing and state we are covered by our own liability policy and agree to provide proof of insurance upon request.
