one member and has now grown to fifteen. The club has
both a competitive team and a recreational team. The
competitive team has attended Regionals each year and this
year is going to Nationals. The team is based out of
Renaissance Farm in Wilton, NH and is coached by its owner
Pam Fleurant. Her success is clearly evident in her
team.

Cowboy
Mounted Shooting is a multi-faceted equestrian sport
in which contestants compete using two single action
revolvers, loaded with blank ammunition specifically
manufactured to CMSA standards. Mounted
contestants shoot 10 reactionary targets while
negotiating a specified course of fire on horseback.
A truly
unique aspect of our sport is the emphasis placed on
period clothing, tack and other equipment used in
CMSA competitions. The clothing and equipment
used should be typical of that available in the
American West during the late 19th and early 20th
century (thru Silver Screen era.)
