Rentals

Treasure is available for rent by clubs, organizations and businesses for special events. Please note that due to our own programming, hours are restricted to 9:00 a.m. thru 5:00 p.m. 

Proof of insurance required. Participants required to sign Liability Release and Waiver.

Complete facility rental - $1,000.00 per day
Includes use of indoor and two outdoor arenas and one solid round pen, meeting/class rooms  Porta-potties, Guest apartment 2-nights, parking and loud speaker.

Partial facility - Indoor Arena - $600.00 per day
Includes use of indoor, restroom, classrooms, Guest Apartment - 1 night, parking  and loud speaker.

Partial facility - Outdoor Arena - $350.00 per day
Includes use of outdoor, restroom, parking space and loud speaker
Classroom rentals - $100.00 per day or $20 per hour

• Stabling is available on a limited basis and is not included in rental fees.

  • $25.00 per day
    $35.00 overnight
    Additional $5.00 if we clean the stall
    

• Hay: $4.50 per bale; Bedding $5.00 per w/b or bag
  

• Catering available and is also separate. Rates depend on the menu.
  

• Tractor available with driver at $25.00 per hour; minimum 1 hour
  

• Additional round pens or arenas:

  • Solid round pen: $50.00 per day
    Set up pens $25.00 rental per day
    set up and tear down $10.00
    Outdoor Arenas: $300.00 per day
